Menangis Ketika Bersujud

2 Sept - Ujian Semester Matematik Tambahan

Inilah sikap manusia.

Merasakan diri penulis diperbodohkan, penulis terpaksa bersabar.

Setelah selesai solat, penulis pun membaca al-Quran. Seorang pelajar tingkatan lima, Mohd.

Penulis beransur-ansur kembali seperti biasa apabila membaca al-Quran. Walaupun penulis tidak memahami kebanyakan ayat-ayat yang dibaca, tetapi susunan-susunan ayat sangat menusuk jiwa penulis. Benar-benar indah.

Kini, penulis merasakan al-Quranlah 'sahabat karib' penulis. Apabila penulis membacanya, ayat-ayatnya mengubat jiwa penulis. Apabila penulis memahami ayat-ayat Allah, terkandung jalan keluar bagi apa-apa masalah yang penulis hadapi.

Itulah personaliti penulis.

First Day of Ramadhan

Maybe I already write the same post last year (or not), but I will continue to tell all the reader out there about today's story. Please note that I only tell some of events that happened today.
First Night of Tarawih
Just like what Penyimpan Mohor Besar Raja-raja announced yesterday, today was the first day of Ramadhan, which also means that today was the first day all the Muslimins fast.

Actually, no one watch the television provided at the surau because they busy preparing the tiny microphone which will be used for the imam. We knew about it through a call from a friend of one of the makmum.

We only perform 8 units of prayer of Tarawih prayer. The reason they did not want to perform 20 units of prayer was to avoid the loneliness of the surau the next days because too long.

After the Tarawih prayer, eight persons reciting the Quran, including me. We were divided into two groups, each group consists of 4 persons. We read the last half of the first volume of al-Quran. I also did not why.

First Day of Fasting
I woke up at 4.00 am, with my dad, woken up by my mum. We eat at the early of the morning before the dawn. This is called sahur. The reason Prophet Muhammad SAW encourage all the Muslimin to sahur is so that we have the energy to do works while fasting.

After finished enjoying my meal, I ate 3 pieces of rutabs and a glass of milk. Then I slept again.

In the morning, I finished some of the schoolwork, i.e Additional Mathematics. Bored doing it for one hour, I paused for a while and surfing internet.

In the afternoon, after zuhur prayer, I tried to sleep, but failed. I then decided to continue finishing my Additional Mathematics questions.

One thing that made me felt weird is today, I still felt energetic although the time now is 4.41 pm, although I just came back from the surau, walking upstairs to the sixth floor.

Maybe because today is holiday, so I felt energetic today, compared to the previous years.

1st Night of Taraweeh Prayer from Masjid al-Haram

I was overslept last night, until I can't watch the solat taraweeh from Makkah al-Mukarramah live at RTM1. Thanks to Haramain Salaat Recordings, I can watch the archieve of last night one.
